A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE INTERIM
DRAINAGE PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT POLICIES IN ETIWANDA
SPECIFIC AREA AND RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF THE SAME BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1984, the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, passed and adopted an Ordinance establishing a moratorium on
development in the Etwianda Specific Plan Area to allow for the preparation of
Drainage Plan and Development Policies for that Area; and
WHEREAS, an interim report on Drainage Plan and Development Policies
for the Area has been prepared by a Civil Engineering Consultant contracted by
the City; and
WHEREAS, on March 13, 1985, the Planning Commission held a hearing to
review and consider the report.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS that the interim report on Drainage Plan and Development Policies for
the Etiwanda Specific Plan Area is hereby approved and recommends adoption of
the interim report by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
