HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-48 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-48 • A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR TRACT NO. 12414 LOCATED AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF MIGNONETTE, BETWEEN BERYL AND OPAL STREETS IN THE LOW-MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 27th day of February, 1985, a complete application was filed by A-M Company for review of new floor plans and elevations, and request for elimination of one approved floor plan; and, WHEREAS, on the 10th day of April , 1985, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following can be met: 1. That the proposed project is consistent with the objectives of the General Plan; and 2. That the proposed use is in accord with the objective of the Development Code and the purposes • of the district in which the site is located; and 3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code; and 4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: That Design Review for Plans 4 and 5 Tract 12414 and the deletion of Plan 1 is hereby approved.
