• A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION,
APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR PARCEL MAP 7902
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.8.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the
Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the
above-described tentative parcel map on May 11, 1983.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. The previously approved Tentative Map was in
substantial compliance with the City's General Plan,
Specific Plan, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies;
and,
B. The extension of the Tentative Map will not cause
significant inconsistencies with the proposed General
Plan Amendment; and
C. The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to
• cause public health and safety problems; and,
D. The extension is within the time limits prescribed by
state law and local ordinance.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
time extension for:
