HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-104 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-104 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TERRA VISTA DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT 85-03 REQUESTING A CHANGE TO THE LAND USE PLAN AND TEXT FOR THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF TERRA VISTA INCLUDING A HOSPITAL AND MIXED COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL USES, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, WEST OF ROCHESTER AVENUE, EAST SIDE OF MILLIKEN AVENUE WHEREAS, on the 10th day of March, 1985 an application was filed and accepted on the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 10th day of July, 1985, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the California Government Code. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: 1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses permitted in the proposed district in terms of access, size, and compatibility with existing land use in the surrounding area; and 2. That the proposed district change would not have significant impact on the environment nor the surrounding properties; and 3. That the proposed district change is in conformance with the General Plan and intent of the Terra Vista Planned Community Text. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that this project will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on July 10, 1985. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California Government Code, that the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby recommends approval on the 10th day of July, 1985, Terra Vista Development Plan Amendment 85-03. 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council approve and adopt Terra Vista Development Plan Amendment 85-03. -Resolution No. Terra Vista Development Plan Amendment 85-03 ' Page 2 3. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council . APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th DAY OF JULY, 1985.
