HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-111 - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 85-111 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT 85-02 REGARDING SECTION 17.04.050D, OFF-SITE PARKING LOTS WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of May 1985, the Planning Commission directed staff to prepare an amendment to the City's Development Code related to Section 17.04.050D, Off-site Parking lots; and, WHEREAS, on the 24th day of July, 1985 the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: 1. That the amendment is warranted in order to avoid traffic conflicts and enhance pedestrian safety. 2. That the proposed amendment would not have a significant impact on the environment; and 3. That the proposed amendment is consistent with the policies of the General Plan. SECTION 2: That the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that this amendment will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on July 24, 1985. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. 1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council approve and adopt Development Code Amendment 85-02, regarding off-site parking lots. 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution and related material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council . J- APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 24th DAY OF JULY, 1985.
