HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-124 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-124 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING GRADING ALTERATIONS FROM 22.5 BUILDING PAD ELEVATION TO 25.0 BUILDING PAD ELEVATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 84-47 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND EAST OF VINEYARD AVENUE IN THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December, 1984, a complete application was filed by Don Picken for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 28th day of August, 1985, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project; and WHEREAS, Grading alterations from 22.5 building pad elevation to 25.0 building pad elevation were reviewed by the Planning Commission on the 28th day of August, 1985. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following can be met: 1. That the proposed project is consistent with the objectives of the General Plan; and 2. That the proposed use is in accord with the objective of the Development Code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and 3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code; and 4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: That Grading alterations from 22.5 building pad elevations to 25.0 building pad elevations for Development Review No. 84-47 is approved subject to the following conditions and those conditions contained within Resolution 85-24. 1. Any changes or modifications to the grading plan will require additional review by the Planning Commission. 2. Revised grading plan shall be reviewed by the Grading Committee prior to issuance of building permits.
