HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-134 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-134 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 85-15 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 4TH STREET, EAST OF TURNER AVENUE IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA SPECIFIC PLAN (SUBAREA 6) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, on the 24th day of October, 1984, a complete application was filed by Don Valk for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 11th day of September, 1985, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings cannot be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the objectives of the Development Code, and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and, 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the ' vicinity.
