HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-145 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-145 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 85-04G, REQUESTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment 85-04G SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission cannot make the following findings: A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use Policies of the General Plan. B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element. C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or detrimental to the adjacent properties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission does hereby deny of General Plan Amendment 85-04G. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1985.
