HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-147 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-147 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, DENYING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 11997 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.401.11.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described Tentative Tract Map; and; WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission finds that the tentative tract described herein is in conflict with the directions of the City's Development Code; and WHEREAS, the tentative tract has lots fronting onto Beryl Street that would exacerbate dangerous traffic conditions on Beryl Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby denies a time extension for Tentative Tract 11997, Landco. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1985.
