HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-150 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-150 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 12256. WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.83(b) of Ordinance 28-B„ the Subdivision Ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described described Tentative Tract 12256 SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. The previously approved Tentative Map is in substantial compliance with the City's current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, . B. The extension of the Tentative Map will not likely cause significant inconsistencies with the current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, C. The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to cause public health and safety problems; and, D. The extension is within the time limits prescribed by state law and local ordinance.
