HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-154 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 85-154 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 85-24 FOR THE ESTABLISHING OF A 24-HOUR EMERGENCY AMBULANCE AND DISPATCH OFFICE LOCATED AT 9921 8TH STREET IN SUBAREA 5 WHEREAS, on the 30th day of August, 1985, a complete application was filed by James Latipow for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 9th day of October, 1985, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan, the objectives of the Industrial Specific Plan, and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed use complies with each of the applicable provisions of the Industrial Specific Plan. SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on October 9, 1985. SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 85-24 is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval shall run with the applicant and shall become void upon a change of ownership, or the use ceases. 2. Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with all sections of the Industrial Area Specific Plan, all other applicable City Ordinances, and applicable community plans or specific plans in effect at the time of occupancy. 3. Any signs proposed for this Conditional Use Permit shall be designed in conformance with the • PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION CUP 85-24 • October 9, 1985 Page 2 Comprehensive Sign Ordinance and shall require review and approval by the Planning Division prior to installation of such signs. 4. If the operation of this ambulance facility causes adverse effects upon the surrounding uses, the Conditional Use Permit shall be brought before the Planning Commission for their consideration and possible termination of such use.
