HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-184 - Resolutions t RESOLUTION NO. 85-184 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT 85-03 AMENDING REVISION/MODIFICATION SECTION 17.020.0708; NEW APPLICATIONS FOLLOWING DENIAL SECTIONS 17.060.0100 AND 17.060.020G OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA DEVELOPMENT CODE WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider all comments on the proposed Development Code Amendment No. 85-03. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby makes the following findings: A. The Amendment is consistent with the policies of the General Plan. B. The Amendment is warranted to clarify the intent of the Revisions/Modification and the New Applications Following Denial sections of the Development Code. C. The Amendment would not have a significant impact on the environment. SECTION 2: That the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found this amendment will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on November 27, 1985. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. 1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council approve and adopt Development Code Amendment 85-03 regarding the sections on Revisions/Modifications and New Applications Following Denial . 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution and related material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1985.
