HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-13 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 86-13 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 85-42 FOR COLE- SCHAEFER AMBULANCE SERVICE LOCATED AT 10722 ARROW ROUTE, #206 IN THE INDUSTRIAL SPECIFIC PLAN (SUBAREA 7) DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 1986, a complete application was filed by Cole-Schaefer Ambulance Service for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of January, 1986, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan, the objectives of the Development Code, and the purposes of the district in which the site is located as evident by the Conditional Use Permit provisions for public safety services in the district. 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity as evident by the similar nature of the office and vehicle storage activities of the facility. 3. That the proposed use complies with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code. SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on January 22, 1986. SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 85-42 is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That ambulance operation such as high speed travel and siren operation shall be prohibited within the condominium business park (Tract 11700). 2. All vehicle repair maintenance shall be conducted within an enclosed building. • PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION CUP 85-42 - COLE SCHAEFER AMBULANCE SERVICE • January 22, 1986 Page 2 3. Any vehicle storage within the unit shall be in strict conformance with all applicable building and fire code provisions. 4. Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with all sections of the Industrial Area Specific Plan, all other applicable City Ordinances, and applicable community plans or specific plans in effect at the time of occupancy. 5. If the operation of this ambulance facility causes adverse effects upon the surrounding uses, the Conditional Use Permit shall be brought before the Planning Commission for their consideration and possible termination of such use.
