HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-63 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 86-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR TRACT NO. 12952 LOCATED AT THE END OF 19TH STREET, SOUTH OF HIGHLAND, IN THE LOW MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 9th day of May, 1986, a complete application was filed by Glenfed Development Corporation for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 28th day of May, 1986, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following can be met: 1. That the proposed project is consistent with the objectives of the General Plan; and 2. That the proposed use is in accord with the objective of the Development Code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and 3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code; and 4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: That Design Review for Tract 12952 is approved subject to the following conditions and attached Standard Conditions: 1. The walls located in the pedestrian access connections will step down as they approach the public sidewalk. 2. The design of the pedestrian accesses shall include landscaping, accent trees, texturized walkways and adequate lighting. 3. The wood siding material on the chimney shall be replaced with brick veneer. 4. All pertinent conditions of Resolution 86-38 shall be met.
