HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-95 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 86-95 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 86-13 FOR TEMPORARY OFFICE TRAILERS LOCATED AT 8610 HELMS AVENUE IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 10th day of June, 1986, a complete application was filed by Maury Microwave Corporation for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 9th day of July, 1986, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan, Industrial Specific Plan, the objectives of the Development Code, and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed use complies with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code. SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on July 9, 1986. SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 86-13 is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall submit a Development Review application for Phase I expansion of existing facility to the Planning Division within 12 months of approval of this Conditional Use Permit. 2. The temporary office trailers will be permitted until such time as Phase I is completed or two years, whichever comes first. This conditional shall be formalized by an agreement drafted to the satisfaction of the City Attorney and executed prior to the installation of the additional trailer. 3. Provide skirting around base of trailers to screen temporary foundation supports and screen all utility equipment. PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. CUP 86-13 - MAURY MICROWAVE . The applicant shall comply with all Uniform Building Codes and State Fire Marshall regulations and obtain any necessary permits for the installation and electrical connections for the trailers. 5. Provide a revised site plan eliminating the proposed trailer at the northeast corner and indicate 21-foot clear access along south and west sides of existing building to satisfaction of City Planner and Foothill Fire District.
