A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL
APPROVAL OF THE FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO TERRA
VISTA PARK DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 1 BETWEEN THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND LEWIS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. , A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, WESTERN PROPERTIES, A GENERAL
PARTNERSHIP, LEWIS HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, A GENERAL
PARTNERSHIP, AND LEWIS DEVELOPMENT CO. , A GENERAL
PARTNERSHIP.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, following a duly held public
hearing is recommending approval of the First Supplemental Agreement to the
City Council ; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the provisions of the proposed
First Supplemental Agreement are consistent with the City's General Plan and
the Community Plan of the Terra Vista Planned Community;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby resolve to recommend to the City Council approval of the
attached First Supplemental Agreement.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 24TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1986.

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 24th day of September, 1986 by the following vote-to-wit:
