HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-07 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-07 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 12577. WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project pursuant to Section 17.02.1008; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above described Tentative Tract. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. The previously approved Tentative Map is in substantial compliance with the City's current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, B. The extension of the Tentative Map will not cause significant inconsistencies with the current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and, C. The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to cause public health and safety problems; and, D. The extension is within the time limits prescribed by state law and local ordinance. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension subject to the following condition for: Tract Applicant Expiration 12577 C. P. Lange January 25, 1988 SECTION 3: Resolution 84-11 is hereby modified to add the following condition: An in-lieu fee as contribution to the future undergrounding of the existing overhead utilities (telecommunications and electrical ) on the opposite side of 19th Street shall be paid to the City prior to final inspection or occupancy permits, whichever occurs last. The fee shall be one-half the adopted unit amount times the length of the project frontage (330 ± feet). PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. TENTATIVE TRACT 12577 - C.P.
