HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-12 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR REVISED SITE PLAN AND ELEVATIONS FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 12969, LOCATED AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF ARROW ROUTE, AND AT EDWIN STREET. WHEREAS, on the 10th day of October, 1986, a complete application was filed by Arnold Anderson for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 28th day of January, 1987, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following can be met: 1. That the proposed project is consistent with the objectives of the General Plan; and 2. That the proposed use is in accord with the objective of the Development Code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and 3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code; and 4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: That Design Review for Tentative Tract 12969 is approved subject to the following conditions and attached Standard Conditions: 1. All pertinent conditions contained in Resolution No. 85-100 shall apply. 2. Front yard landscaping with appropriate irrigation exceeding the minimum City's requirement shall be provided to all the lots within this tract, to the satisfaction of the City Planner and prior to issuance of building permits. This required front yard landscaping is in addition to the required tree replacement based on Tree Removal Permit 86-49. 3. Revised, detailed grading plan incorporating the new Plan A2 and B2 shall be submitted for Grading Committee review and approval prior to issuance of building permits.
