A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 14 OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO SIGNS
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of February, 1987, the Planning Commission
held a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the
California Government Code.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that
this project will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment
and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on February 11, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the
California Government Code, that the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
recommends that the City Council approve and adopt
the attached Ordinance amending Title 14 of the
Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code.
2. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related
material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission
shall be forwarded to the City Council .

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 11th day of February, 1987, by the following vote-to-wit:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: MCNIEL, TOLSTOY, BARKER, CHITIEA, EMERICK
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
