HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-28 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-28 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 87-01 FOR A BUILDING CONTRACTOR'S OFFICE LOCATED 9375 ARCHIBALD AVENUE, SUITE 601, IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, on the 11th day of February, 1987, a complete application was filed by Inland Empire Builders for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 25th day of February, 1987, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan, the objectives of the Industrial Specific Plan and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed use complies with each of the applicable provisions of the Industrial Specific Plan. SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on February 25, 1987. SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 87-01 is approved subject to the following conditions: PLANNING DIVISION 1. Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with all sections of the Industrial Area Specific Plan and all other applicable City Ordinances in effect at the time of occupancy. 2. Any signs proposed for this Conditional Use Permit shall be designed in conformance with the Comprehensive Sign Ordinance and the approved Uniform Sign Program and shall require review and approval by the Planning Division prior to installation of such signs. 3. Any modification, expansion or other change in operation will require a revision to the Conditional Use Permit. 4. That there shall be no outdoor storage of construction materials.
