HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-39 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-39 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 84-21 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02. 100; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described Conditional Use Permit 84-21. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for development of the project. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to develop the project at this time. C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. D. That the granting of said time extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Project Applicant Expiration Conditional Use Permit 84-21 Alta Loma November 28, 1987 Christian Church APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF MARCH, 1987.
