A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
DELETING CONDITION NO. 9 UNDER DESIGN REVIEW OF PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 86-38 FOR TENTATIVE TRACT
12952, GLENFED, LOCATED AT THE END OF 19TH STREET, SOUTH
OF HIGHLAND AVENUE.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1987, a modification was filed by
Glenfed Development Corp. , for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of April , 1987, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Condition No. 9 under Design Review of Resolution
86-38 shall be deleted in its entirety.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF APRIL, 1987.

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 8th day of April , 1987, by the following vote-to-wit:
