Convenient pedestrian connection from the new parking area to Buildings A, B, and H shall be provided. 4. Sufficient landscaping to shade the new parking area shall be provided. 5. The new parking area shall be completed prior to release of occupancy for the new tenant in Building H. 6. The design of the parking area and loading area along the west and north elevation of Building H shall be subjected to City Planner review and approval at the time of tenant improvement plan submittal and prior to issuance of such permits. 7. The detailed design of the plazaarea located at the northeast side of Building A shall be subjected to Design Review Committee review and approval and shall be completed prior to release of occupancy for the tenants in Building 4.
