HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-106 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-106 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 86-22 FOR A SKATEBOARD RAMP LOCATED AT 10007 MANZANITA DRIVE IN THE VERY LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - APN: 201-891-11. WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April , 1987, a complete application was filed by Marcus Solomon for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 24th day of June, 1987, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the objectives of the Development Code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and; 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and 3. That the proposed project is in compliance with each of the applicable provisions of the Development Code; and 4. That the proposed project is consistent with the objectives of the General Plan. SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment and is categorically exempt in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. SECTION 3: That Minor Development Review No. 86-22 is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Operation of the skateboard ramp shall be limited to the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 2. The maximum number of individuals permitted to use the ramp at any one time shall be limited to eight (8). 3. The underside of the ramp shall be insulated with carpet or other noise attenuating material and the ends shall be enclosed to reduce noise impacts. ' PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. MDR 86-22 - SOLOMON July 8, 1987 Page 2 4. Landscaping shall be provided to soften the appearance of the ramp. The landscaping shall be installed to the satisfaction of the City Planner within sixty (60) days. 5. All necessary permits shall be obtained from the Building Division. 6.
