HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-133 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-133 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 85-06 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02.090. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described Development Review 85-06. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for development of the project. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to develop the project at this time. C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. D. That the granting of said time extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension subject to the attached condition for: Project Applicant Expiration DR 85-06 Lincoln Properties August 28, 1988 Condition: An in-lieu fee as contribution to the future undergrounding of the existing overhead utilities (telecommunications and electrical ) on the opposite side of Arrow Route shall be paid to the City prior to the issuance of building permits. The fee shall be one half the City adopted unit amount times the length of the project frontage. PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO.
