HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-141 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87- 141 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, CONDITIONALLY APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10902 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10902, submitted by The William Lyon Company, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing into 2 parcels, the real property situated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of California, identified as APN(s) 202-901-31, located on the Northerly side of Fairmont Way at the terminus of Victoria Park Lane; and WHEREAS, on August 12, 1987, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing for the above-described map. NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made: 1. That the map is consistent with the General Plan. 2. That the improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan. 3. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed development. 4. That the proposed subdivision and improvements will not cause substantial environmental damage, public health problems or have adverse affects on abutting property. SECTION 2: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 10902 is hereby approved subject to the attached Standard Conditions and the following Special Conditions: 1. In order to define the limits of maintenance responsibilities between the school site and City trail to the north, the lot line between the two shall be moved to the south edge of the southerly trail walk as shown on the tentative map. A lot line adjustement is necessary to accomplish the relocation, which shall be completeted prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. City Council approval is required for the transfer of the minor portion of the trail property to the school site. 2. Erosion Control shall be required on all slopes on Parcel No. 1 to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Building Official . APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12th DAY OF August, 1987.
