HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-142 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87- 142 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A REVISION TO THE AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR VICTORIA VINEYARDS SOUTH VILLAGE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BASE LINE ROAD, BETWEEN MILLIKEN AND ROCHESTER, SOUTH OF THE SOUTHER PACIFIC RAILROAD IN THE VICTORIA PLANNED COMMUNITY - APN 227-081-06 WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1987, a complete application was filed by The William Lyon Company for review of the above-described project; and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of August, 1987, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project. NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as follows: SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met: 1. That the proposed use is in accord with the objectives of the Victoria Planned Community Text and the purposes of the district in which the use is proposed. 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed use complies with each of the applicable provisions of the Victoria Planned Community Text and Development Code. 4. That the proposed project is consistent with the General Plan. SECTION 2: That the revision to the Area Development Plan for Victoria Vineards South Village is approved subject to the following conditions: Planning Division: 1. All applicable conditions of Resolution 85-162 shall apply. 2. The final trail alignments are to be reviewed and approved by the Trails Committee. Engineering Division: 1. Belvino East West (Loop Road) shall be designed to intersect at right angles with Base Line Road to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. Community Services: 1. The park site shall be five (5) net acres in size. 2. The overall park grade shall be kept to a minimum. The usable park space shall not be comprised to allow for grade adjustments from surrounding development. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1987.
