A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, CONDITIONALLY APPROVING
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NUMBER 11106
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 11106, submitted by The William
Lyon Company, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing into 2 parcels, the
real property situated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, identified as APN(s) 227-011-07, located on
the south side of Victoria Park Lane, west of Kenyon Way; and
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1988, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above-described map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the map is consistent with the General Plan.
2. That the improvement of the proposed subdivision is
consistent with the General Plan.
3. That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed development.
4. That the proposed subdivision and improvements will
not cause substantial environmental damage, public
health problems or have adverse affects on abutting
property.
SECTION 2: This Commission finds and certifies that the
project has been reviewed and considered in compliance with the
California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and, further, this
Commission hereby issues a Negative Declaration.
SECTION 3: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 11106 is hereby approved
subject to the attached Standard Conditions and the following Special
Conditions:
1. The on-site storm drain facilities for Parcel 1
shall be a privately maintained system and shall be
designed to minimize the encroachment of the private
storm drain system into the City Park site.
Easements from the City of Rancho Cucamonga shall be
required where storm drain lines extend into the
City Park site. The storm drain design and
easements are subject to the approval of the City
Engineer.

2. Erosion control shall be required on all slopes on
Parcel 1 to the satisfaction of the City Engineer
and the Building Official .
3, All pertinent conditions of Tentative Tract 13279
shall apply.
