A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING A MODIFICATION OF A CONDITION OF APPROVAL FOR
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 87-45 FOR A TWO-STORY OFFICE
BUILDING TOTALING 6,234 SQUARE FEET ON 0.6 ACRES OF LAND
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BERYL STREET AND BASE
LINE ROAD IN THE OFFICE PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of February, 1988, a request for a
modification of conditions was filed by Mr. J. C. Cooper for the above stated
project.
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of February, 1988, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission considered the above-described condition modification.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Condition ( 1) under Engineering Division of
Resolution No. 87-192 shall be replaced with the following:
1. Overhead Utilities on Base Line Road and Beryl
Street - An in-lieu fee as contribution to the future
undergrounding of the existing overhead utilities
(telecommunications and electrical ) on the opposite
sides of Base Line Road and Beryl Street shall be
paid to the City prior to the issuance of building
permits. The fee shall be one-half the City adopted
unit amount times one-half the sum of the lengths
from the center of Beryl Street to the west project
boundary and from the center of Base Line Road to the
south project boundary.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 24TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1988.

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 24th day of February, 1988, by the following vote-to-wit:
