HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-226 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 88-226 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING POLICIES REGARDING TRAIL ACCESS AND CORRAL SIZE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds it necessary to establish certain policies regarding access to local feeder trails and corral sizes to implement the General Plan's goals and objectives. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve and declare their policy to be: 1. In the Equestrian Overlay District, all new subdivisions shall be designed to accommodate a minimum 24' x 24' corral area. The development plans shall clearly delineate the area on each lot where animals could be kept in compliance with the setback limitations of Municipal Code Section 17.0K030 E.2. (b). 2. Where local feeder trails are required, access from the corral area to the trail shall be graded with a maximum slope gradient of 5:1 and a minimum width of 10 feet.
