A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE MAINTENANCE SECTION OF THE SENIOR
HOUSING OVERLAY DISTRICT GUIDELINES, AND MAKING FINDINGS
IN SUPPORT THEREOF
A. Recitals.
(i) The Senior Housing Overlay District Guidelines were reviewed by
the Planning Commission on March 23, 1983 and approval recommended.
( ii) The Senior Housing Overlay District Guidelines were reviewed
and adopted by the City Council , Resolution 83-43 on April 6, 1983.
(iii ) The City requests amendment to the maintenance section of the
Senior Housing Overlay District Guidelines for the purpose of clarity and
consistency.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
(i) This Commission hereby specifically finds that all of the facts
set forth in the Recitals, Part A, of this Resolution are true and correct.
( ii) This Commission hereby recommends approval of the following
change in the Senior Housing Overlay District Guidelines:
In order to insure that project maintenance is in
accordance with the maintenance plan approved by the City

I, Brad Buller, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
