HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-12 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 89-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR PARCEL MAP 9431 , LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF BERYL AVENUE, SOUTH OF HILLSIDE ROAD, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF - APN 1061-611-04 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.8.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described tentative parcel map on February 12, 1986 SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to build at this time. B. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. C. That there have been no significant changes to the character of the area in which the project is located that would cause the project to become nonconforming or inconsistent with current standards. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extensior: Parcel Map Applicant Expiration 9431 Brimar Industries February 12, 1990 APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1989.
