A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION,
DENYING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 13303 -
APN: 227-151-13 AND 14, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT
THEREOF
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.83(b) of Ordinance 28-B,
the Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the
above-described tentative tentative tract; and
WHEREAS, The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission finds that the
tentative tract described herein is in conflict with the directions of the
Terra Vista Community Plan, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the tentative tract described herein does not meet the
current Terra Vista Community Plan standards, as amended, with regard to local
street design and does include a portion of Orchard Avenue which was
previously deleted.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission hereby denies a time extension for Tentative Tract 13303.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1989.

Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 13th day of December, 1989, by the following vote-to-wit:
