A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 5, CHAPTER 5.12, OF THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE TO MODIFY REGULATIONS
CONCERNING ENTERTAINMENT PERMITS.
A. Recitals.
( i ) On the 14th day of March 1990, the Planning Commission held a duly
noticed public hearing pursuant to Section 65864 of the California Government
Code.
( ii ) All legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have
occurred.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby found, determined, and resolved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
1 . That pursuant to Section 65650 to 65855 of the California Government
Code, the Planning Commission hereby recommends approval of this amendment.
2. The Planning Commission hereby finds and determines that the
Amendment identified above in this Resolution is exempt from the requirements
of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended, and the
Guidelines promulgated thereunder pursuant to Section 15061 of Division 6 of
Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations.
3. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council
approve this amendment to the Municipal Code per the attached Ordinance.

I , Brad Buller, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 14th day of March, 1990, by the following vote-to-wit:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 5 , CHAPTER 5.12
OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE TO MODIFY
REGULATIONS CONCERNING ENTERTAINMENT PERMITS.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1 : Section 5.12.115 is added to Chapter 5.12 to read as
follows:
5.12.115 - Annual Renewal . The applicant for every renewal of an
entertainment permit shall submit to the City Manager, or his designee, a
written statement setting forth such information concerning the applicant' s
business during the preceding year as may be required by the City Manager to
enable him to ascertain whether the information listed on their original
entertainment permit application has changed in the past year. The City
Manager, or his designee, shall review said information and determine if a
modification to the entertainment permit is warranted. The Planning
Commission shall review any such modification pursuant to the provisions of
this chapter.
SECTION 2 : This Council finds that this amendment is exempted from
the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as
amended, and the Guidelines promulgated thereunder pursuant to Section 15061
of Division 6 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations.
