HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-61 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 90-61 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 13316, AND DESIGN REVIEW THEREOF, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF - APN: 201-071-14, 37 AND 45 A. Recitals. ( i ) Friedman Homes has filed an application for the Time Extension of Tentative Tract No. 13316 as described in the title of this Resolution. Hereinafter in this Resolution, the subject Time Extension request is referred to as "the application." (ii) On March 25, 1987, this Commission adopted its Resolution No. 87-38, thereby approving, subject to specific conditions and time limits, Tentative Tract No. 13316. (iii ) On May 6, 1987 , the City Council adopted its Resolution No. 87-242, thereby modifying specific conditions of the Planning Commission approval of Tentative Tract 13316. ( iv) On April 29, 1989, the Planning Commission adopted its Resolution No. 89-52, thereby approving a one-year time extension for Tentative Tract 13316. (v) All legal prerequisites prior to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred. • B. Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby found, determined, and resolved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga as follows: 1. This Commission hereby specifically finds that all of the facts set forth in the Recitals, Part A, of this Resolution are true and correct. 2. Based upon substantial evidence presented to this Commission, including written and oral staff reports, this Commission hereby specifically finds as follows : (a) The previously approved Tentative Map is in substantial compliance with the City' s current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and (b) The extension of the Tentative Map will not cause significant inconsistencies with the current General Plan, Specific Plans, Ordinances, Plans, Codes and Policies; and PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 90-61 TT 13316 - FRIEDMAN HOMES May 23, 1990 Page 2 (c) The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to cause public health and safety problems ; and (d) The extension is within the time limits prescribed by State law and local ordinance. 3 . Based upon the findings and conclusions set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, this Commission hereby grants a Time Extension for: Tract Applicant Expiration 13316 Friedman Homes May 6, 1991 4. The Secretary to this Commission shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF MAY, 1990.
