A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION
FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 88-02, LOCATED IN THE GENERAL
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (SUBAREA 5) OF THE INDUSTRIAL AREA
SPECIFIC PLAN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LUCAS RANCH ROAD
AND FIFTH STREET, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF
- APN: 210-071-37 AND 41.
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02.090.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the
above-described Development Review for an industrial complex totaling 58,262
square feet.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a
distressed market climate for development of the
project.
B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory
conditions make it unreasonable to develop the
project at this time.
C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of
approval regarding expirations would not be
consistent with the intent of the Development Code.
D. That the granting of said time extension will not be
detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare
or materially injurious to properties or
improvements in the vicinity.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
time extension for:
