HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-69 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 91-69 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TRACT 13564 LOCATED NORTH OF SUMMIT AVENUE AND EAST OF WARDMAN BULLOCK ROAD, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF - APN: 226-082-24, 25, AND 26. WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a Time Extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 3.7 of the Development Agreement for Tract 13564. WHEREAS, the County Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described subdivision on August 24, 1987. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for development of the project. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to develop the project at this time. C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. D. That the granting of said Time Extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a Time Extension for: Project Applicant Expiration Tract 13564 Fuscoe, Williams, August 24, 1992 Lindgren & Short APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF JUNE 1991.
