HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-110 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 91-110 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE TRAILS IMPLEMENTATION PLAN, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF. WHEREAS, the City's General Plan established a Master Plan of Trails for a network of hiking, biking, and horse riding trails as a recreational element; and WHEREAS, the City's General Plan policies call for programs to improve existing trails to make the trails safer, more functional, and accessible and to facilitate development of Regional Multi-Purpose Trail and Community Trails systems; and WHEREAS, the Trails Implementation Plan is consistent with the goals and policies of the City's General Plan regarding trails; and WHEREAS, the Trails Advisory Committee has reviewed and recommended approval of the Trails Implementation Plan; and WHEREAS, duly advertised public hearings were held relative to the Planning Commission review of the Trails Implementation Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council approval of the Trails Implementation Plan. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18TH DAY OF JULY 1991.
