HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-129 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 92-129 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 11067 LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF HERMOSA AVENUE, TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH OF 7TH STREET, IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (SUBAREA 5) OF THE INDUSTRIAL AREA SPECIFIC PLAN, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF - APN: 209-211-13, 17, 30 AND 31. A. Recitals (i) On October 11, 1989, this Commission issued a Negative Declaration and adopted its Resolution No. 89-127 thereby approving, subject to specific conditions and time limits, Tentative Parcel Map 11067. (ii) On November 13, 1991, the Planning Commission granted a twelve-month time extension. (iii) On September 11, 1992, Bennett Consolidated filed an application for a twelve-month time extension of Tentative Parcel Map 11067 as described in the title of this Resolution. Hereinafter in this Resolution, the subject Time Extension request is referred to as "the application. " (iv) All legal prerequisites prior to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred. B. Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby found, determined, and resolved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga as follows: 1. This Commission hereby specifically finds that all of the facts set forth in the Recitals, Part A, of this Resolution are true and correct. 2. Based upon substantial evidence presented to this Commission, including written and oral staff reports, this Commission hereby specifically finds as follows: a. The previously approved Tentative Map is in substantial compliance with the City's current General Plan, specific plans, ordinances, plans, codes, and policies; and b. The extension of the Tentative Map will not cause significant inconsistencies with the current General Plan, specific plans, ordinances, plans, codes, and policies; and c. The extension of the Tentative Map is not likely to cause public health and safety problems; and d. The extension is within the time limits prescribed by State law and local ordinance. Based upon the findings and conclusions set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, this Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Parcel Map Applicant Expiration 11067 Bennett Consolidated October 11, 1993 4. The Secretary to this Commission shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1992.
