A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES FOR DRC2014-01048
WHEREAS, DRC2014-01048, submitted by CRP Oakmont 6th & Utica, L.P., located on
east side of Utica Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets, in the General Industrial (GI) District, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 27, 2015; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient, subject to
approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney
