A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP FOR PARCEL MAP 19614
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19614, submitted by Chino Central Development Inc.,
a California Corporation and consisting of a subdivision of an existing industrial building into four
(4) individual condominium units, located on the east side of Rochester Avenue, south of Jersey
Court, within the General Industrial (GI) Zoning District, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on July 8, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19614 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown
on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final parcel
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by Chino Central Development Inc, a
California Corporation as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map 19614 be and the same is hereby approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
