A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT TO DEDICATE AN EASEMENT FOR STREET
AND RELATED PURPOSES FOR DRC2015-00797
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration an agreement by Southern California Edison Company as owner, for the dedication
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property described therein, and generally located on
Santa Anita Avenue, a 395-foot long, through the Edison corridor, north of 6th Street; and
WHEREAS, the agreement to dedicate said easement, described in said Agreement and
subject to terms thereof, is being done in conjunction with the development of said real property
referred to as DRC2015-00797; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Easement submitted by Southern California Edison Company be
the same, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said Easement on behalf of the City
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto.
