A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES FOR DRC2015-00650
WHEREAS, DRC2015-00650, submitted by Six Hundred Pittsburgh, LLC„ located on
west side of Pittsburgh Avenue, south of 6th Street, in the Industrial Park (IP) District, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on February 10, 2016;
and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 6ch day of July 2016.
