CAI.I, TO ORDER An adjourned meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga City Council was held on Monday, November 30, 1992, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Mayor Dennis L. StouL Present were Councilmembers: William J. Alexander, Charles J. Buquet lI, Diane Williams, and Mayor Dennis L. Stout. Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager; Linda D. Daniels, Deputy City Manager; Jerry B. Fulwood, Deputy City Manager; Rick Gomez, Community Development Director; Joe O'Neil, City Engineer; Shintu Bose, Deputy City Engineer; Bob Dominguez, Administrative Services Director; Paula Pachon, Management Analyst II; Diane O'Neal, Management Analyst II; Susan Mickey, Management Analyst I; Chief Dennis Michael, Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District; and Debra J. Adams, City Clerk. Absent was Councilmember: Pamela J. Wright. B. ITEMS OF BUSINESS WITH RETIRING COUNCIl. B1. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION COMMENDING PAMELA J. WRIGHT (0100.00 ADMIN) RESOLUTION NO. 92-291 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, COMMENDING PAMELA J. WRIGHT FOR HER SERVICES AS A MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL Mayor Stout read the Resolution. MOTION: Moved by Stout, seconded by Buquet to approve Resolution No. 92-291. Motion camed unanimously, 4-0-1 (Wright absent). B2. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION CERTIFYING MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS Staff report presented by Debra J. Adams, City Clerk. Mayor Stout recommended that this be an Ad Hoc committee to be dissolved at the completion of the Arroyo Seco process, which was almost completed. Councilmember Williams stated this was originally set up to complete the Library Master Plan and felt this should be combined with Central Park because there is no purpose to have this any further. Mayor Stout stated if the City sets up its own temporary services prior to the creation of the building, that would be dealt with then.
