The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Jeffrey King. Present were Councilmembers: Jon D. MikeIs, Charles J. Buquet II, Richard M. Dahl, Pamela Wright, and Mayor Jeffrey King. Also present were: Mayor-elect Dennis L. Stout and Councilwoman-elect Deborah Brown. Also present were: City Manager, Lauren M. Wasserman; City Clerk, B~verly A.
