CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
Adiourned MeetinK
An adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga met on
Wednesday, October 7, 1986, at the Rancho Cucamonga Neighborhood Center, 9791
Arro~ Highway, Rancho Cucamonga. The meeting was called to order at 4:45 p.m.
by Mayor Jeffrey King.
Present were Councilmembers: Jon D. MikeIs, Charles J. Buquet, II, Richard M.
Dahl and Mayor Jeffrey King.
Also present were:
Director, Jack Lam;
A. Authelet.
City Manager, Lauren M. Wasserman; Community Development
Senior RDA Analyst, Linda Daniels; and City Clerk, Beverly
Also present were: Consultants Duke Oakley, Elizabeth Ladowicz, Jon Won, Yuk
than and Bill Milsap.
Absent: Pamela J. Wright
Lauren Wasgerman stated the purpose of the meeting was to bring the City
Council up-to-date on the changes that had been made and to look at the
landscaping plans of the Public Safety/Civic Center facility. (1600-00 CITY
FAC)
Duke Oakley presented a brief presentation of the status of the plans.
After some discussion regarding the floor plan, site plan, landscape plan and
parking structure, the Agency made the following motion:
MOTION: Moved by Mikels, seconded by Buquet to approve the design development
phase and authorize the working drawing stage. Motion carried unanimously
4-0-1 (Wright absent)
The meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
