JOINT CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES

1. CALL TO ORDER.
The adjourned joint meeting of the City Council and the Planning Commission
convened at the Cucamonga County Water District office at 9641 San Bernardino
Road at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, September 8, 1979.
Council members present: Mikels and Frost
Absent: Palombo, Schlosser, and Bridge
Planning Commissioners present: Rempel and Tolstoy
Absent: Dahl, Jones, and Garcia.
Also present: Assistant City Manager Jim Robinson, Community Services Director
Bill Holley, Finance Director Harry Empey, City Engineer Lloyd Hubbs, Community
Development Director Jack Lam, and Senior Planner Barry Hogan.
2. PURPOSE OF MEETING.
Since there was not a quorum of the Council or Planning Commission, no official
action waS taken by either the Council or Planning Commission.
Staff, Council, and Planning Commission were briefed at the Water District offices
regarding the Cucamonga County Water District's system and then they took a tour
of the water facilities in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
The tour ended and the meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
