developments in Westpark area of Irvine and "Tiburon" and "Tivoli"
developments in Aliso Viejo

Luncheon at "The Home Store" followed by drive through and/or walking
tours of "Vista Plaza," "Carmel," "Pacific Grove," "Califomia Summit," and
"Ryland Crest" developments in Aliso Viejo
