A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL PARCEL MAP, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH
DEPOSIT FOR PARCEL MAP 19619
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19619, submitted by Merrill Gardens at Rancho
Cucamonga, LLC and consisting of a subdivision of 4.07 acres of land into 2 parcels, located on
the north side of Highland Avenue between Archibald and Hermosa Avenues, was approved by
the Planning Commission on January 13, 2016; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19619 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown
on the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the installation
of public street improvements by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the
Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit by Merrill Gardens at Rancho
Cucamonga, LLC, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby resolves,
that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and
that said Parcel Map 19619 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
