RESOLUTION NO. 16-192
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES FOR DRC2008-00909
WHEREAS, DRC2008-00909, submitted by NAS Alta Loma LLC, located at the northeast
corner of Base Line Road and Amethyst Street, in the General Commercial (GC) District, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on January 22, 2014;
and;
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, hereby resolves
as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient, subject to
approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7 th day of December 2016 .
